Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. The Seller

2. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of products offered on privera.store to consumers. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

3. Products

Our products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are illustrative and minor variations in colour or detail may occur depending on your screen.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applied is the one displayed at the time of your order.

5. Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment is validated. You receive a confirmation email summarising your purchase.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order. Transactions are processed securely by a certified payment institution (ACPR-approved, PCI DSS compliant). PRIVERA never stores your banking details.

7. Delivery

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to give a reason. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the item is faulty.

9. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return.

10. Legal Warranties

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

11. Personal Data

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

12. Disputes
