Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we make returns simple and risk-free.
Your Right to Return
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in line with your legal right of withdrawal.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags still attached
- Returned in their original condition and packaging
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or altered.
How to Return an Item
- Email contact@privera.store with your order number and the item concerned.
- We send you the return instructions and address.
- Ship the parcel back to us, keeping your proof of postage.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our side — in which case we cover them.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as it is processed.
Faulty or Incorrect Item
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, shipping included.
