Shipping Policy
We prepare and ship your orders as quickly as possible so you receive your pieces without the wait.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over €60
- Below €60, shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination
Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on your destination and is displayed at checkout before you pay. You will always see the estimate before confirming your order.
Order Tracking
As soon as your parcel ships, you receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow it. See Track My Order.
Delayed or Lost Parcel
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, email contact@privera.store with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated until it is resolved.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for a parcel delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will always do our best to help.
