Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days following payment validation. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number upon shipment.

Shipping Costs
FREE delivery for purchases over €50.
Below this amount, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email upon shipment. You can check the status of your delivery at any time via our Track My Order page.
Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to customs checks, exceptional weather conditions, or periods of high activity (holiday season, promotional events). PRIVERA cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to postal or customs services.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please carefully check your delivery address before confirming your order. In case of error, contact us within 12 hours of the order at anthonybrpro01@gmail.com. We cannot be held responsible for a package not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost Package
If your package is declared lost by the carrier, we will proceed with a re-shipment or a full refund according to your preference, after opening a logistics investigation (usual delay: 7 to 14 days).
