Track My Order
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier.
How to track my package?
- Check your inbox (also check your spam folder) to find the PRIVERA shipping email.
- Click on the tracking link included in the email, or copy your tracking number onto the indicated carrier's website.
- Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to become active after shipping.
⏱ Estimated Delivery Times
Metropolitan France: 7 – 12 working days
Overseas Departments and Territories (including Reunion Island): 10 – 18 working days
International: 12 – 20 working days
These times are indicative and may vary during periods of high activity (holidays, sales) or logistical events beyond our control.
My package is delayed
If the estimated delivery time has been exceeded by more than 5 working days, please contact us at anthonybrpro01@gmail.com, providing your order number. We will do our best to locate your package.
I haven't received a confirmation email
Check your spam/junk folders. If the email is not there, contact us with your order email address and we will send you the information manually.
