How do I place an order?
Add your items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the payment steps. You will receive a confirmation by email.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Modifications and cancellations are possible within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order is being processed. Please contact us promptly at anthonybrpro01@gmail.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and all secure payment methods offered at checkout.
🚚 Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Standard delivery takes between 7 and 15 business days depending on your location. A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent upon shipment.
Is delivery free?
Yes! Delivery is free for purchases over €50. Below this amount, shipping fees apply and are indicated at the time of payment.
Do you deliver everywhere in France and its overseas territories?
Yes, we deliver to mainland France, overseas territories (including Reunion Island), and many other countries. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receipt to return an item. It must be unworn, unwashed, with its original tags. Consult our Return Policy for details.
How do I make an exchange?
Contact us by email with your order number and the desired reference. We will guide you through the exchange process.
When will I be refunded?
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and verification of the returned item.

How do I choose my size?
Consult the size guide available on each product page. If in doubt between two sizes, we recommend taking the larger size.
Are the colors true to the photos?
We do our best to accurately represent the colors. Slight variations may exist depending on your screen calibration.
