Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to find a quick and fair solution.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to process your request.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, the returned item must:
- Be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered
- Retain all its original tags intact
- Be returned in its original packaging or equivalent packaging
- Show no signs of use, odors, or damage
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Worn or washed items
- Promotional items marked "Final Sale"
- Items with removed tags
- Items damaged by the buyer
Return Procedure
- Send an email to anthonybrpro01@gmail.com with the subject line "Return – [your order number]".
- Indicate the item(s) to be returned and the reason for the return.
- You will receive return instructions within 48 business hours.
- Ship the item carefully packaged to the address provided.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part, in which case we will cover the costs.
Refunds
Upon receipt and verification of the item, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation.
Defective Item or Error
If you receive a defective item or an item different from your order, contact us immediately with photos. We will send you the correct item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of your order, without having to justify your decision.
