Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales made by the PRIVERA online store (https://privera.store) to individual customers (non-professionals).

Article 2 — Products

The products offered for sale are presented with descriptions and photographs that are as accurate as possible. PRIVERA cannot be held responsible for minor variations in color or appearance due to screen display technologies.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). PRIVERA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Order

The order is final after payment validation. A confirmation email is sent to the customer. PRIVERA reserves the right to cancel any order in case of out-of-stock items or payment issues, with a full refund.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered at the time of order, via the secure Shopify Payments platform. PRIVERA does not store any banking data.

Article 6 — Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy. The transfer of risks takes place upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision. Return costs are at your expense unless otherwise agreed. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days after receipt of the returned item.

Article 8 — Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Any product sold by PRIVERA benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

Article 9 — Liability

PRIVERA cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in cases of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and transport means, flood, fire, or any other event beyond our control.

Article 10 — Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy & GDPR.

Article 11 — Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, you may have recourse to consumer mediation in accordance with Article L.616-1 of the Consumer Code. French law is applicable. French courts will have jurisdiction.
